Shipping Costs

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used pet beds or accessories may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
